Throughout his life, Robert farmed in Hansel Valley, Strevell and Blue Creek. Robert had a successful tax preparation business. He worked from his home and his family was always involved. Robert farmed in Blue Creek and Norine is still farming in Logan. They worked together and taught their children the value of work.
Robert and Norine started their family in Hyrum Utah. They also lived in Tremonton and for the past 50 years have lived in Logan. Robert was a gifted teacher and loved to share the gospel. He served as Bishop in the Logan 7th Ward, on the High Council in the Mt. Logan Stake, and many other callings throughout his life. Robert touched the lives of all he knew, and spoke at many funerals over the years. Also, Robert had a great sense of humor and the good timing to share it.
In his personal history, Robert said, “If there is some sort of legacy that I can leave for you, my children and grandchildren – not that I am perfect or have not made mistakes, because indeed I have – I want you to know, that I do indeed love you. My love for you is without endand without bounds.”
We will miss you Dad.
